Contrary to common belief, Jesus was NOT a Christian. His parents didn't send Him to Sunday school or even to Jesuit College. He certainly didn't wear a crucifix around His neck or pray to statues of His mother. It becomes clear then that Christians are certainly NOT following in the steps of their Master. It's as if they are stubbornly set on going their own way. It is known that Jesus studied Buddhism in Alexandria and perhaps hung out with the holy men of India. Buddhism, of course, is primarily a philosophy and NOT a religion. It's odd that Christianity became a religion. Religion means dogma which can lead to fanaticism and conflict. The death toll attributed to Christian zeal and high jinks is pretty hefty. Furthermore, all satanic practices are based upon the perversion of Christian rituals, making many occultists Black Christians! Despite that, there are a number of parallels between Christianity and Buddhism. It's certainly no wonder why Christians and Christianity are universally hated. However, Christianity may still hold a central and important message, that although now generally considered myth, might turn out to be the most profound and unexpected truth.
Sherlock Holmes's failure to solve the Whitechapel Ripper Case has been attributed to his being a purely fictional character. Given Holmes's known mood swings and cocaine addiction, however, isn't it more likely that Holmes went on some desperate and destructive cocaine/opium binge after being told to keep well away from the investigation? Interestingly, there have been very many recent attempts to make us believe Jesus is a purely fictional character, too.

"Religion is the sigh of the oppressed creature, the heart of a heartless world, and the soul of soulless conditions. It is the opium of the people". Karl Marx
And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. Genesis 2:7
Chapter 1: Prologue
1 I, Thomas the Israelite, am reporting to you, all my brothers from the nations, to reveal the childhood and the greatness of our Lord Jesus Christ, what he did in my country after he was born. This is the beginning of it.
Chapter 2: Jesus and the clay birds
1 When the boy Jesus was five years old, he was playing in a narrow part of a rushing stream.
2 He was gathering the flowing waters into ponds, and immediately they were made clean, and he ordered these things with a single word.
3 And after he made clay, he molded twelve sparrows from it. And it was the Sabbath when he did these things. But there were also many other children playing with him.
4 Then, a certain Jew saw what Jesus was doing while playing on the Sabbath. Immediately, he departed and reported to Jesus' father, Joseph, "Look, your child is in the stream and he took clay and formed twelve birds and profaned the Sabbath?"
5 And Joseph went to the area and when he saw him, he shouted, "Why are you doing these things that are not permitted on the Sabbath?"
6 Jesus, however, clapped his hands and shouted to the sparrows, "Depart, fly, and remember me now that you are alive." And the sparrows departed shrieking.
7 When the Jews saw this, they were amazed. After they had gone away, they described to their leaders what they had seen Jesus do.
Chapter 3: The curse on Annas' son
1 The son of Annas the scribe was standing there with Jesus. Taking a branch from a willow tree, he dispersed the waters which Jesus had gathered.
2 When Jesus saw what had happened, he became angry and said to him, "You godless, brainless moron, what did the ponds and waters do to you? Watch this now: you are going to dry up like a tree and you will never produce leaves or roots or fruit."
3 And immediately, this child withered up completely. Then, Jesus departed and returned to Joseph's house.
4 The parents of the one who had been withered up, however, wailed for their young child as they took his remains away. Then, they went to Joseph and accused him, "You are responsible for the child who did this."
Chapter 4: The curse on the reckless boy
1 Next, he was going through the village again and a running child bumped his shoulder. Becoming bitter, Jesus said to him, "You will not complete your journey."
2 Immediately, he fell down and died.
3 Then, some of the people who had seen what had happened said, "Where has this child come from so that his every word is a completed deed?"
4 And going to Joseph, the parents of the one who had died found fault with him. They said, "Because you have such a child, you are not allowed to live with us in the village, or at least teach him to bless and not curse. For our children are dead!"
Interestingly, the Qur'an also mentions the clay birds incident.
No other subject divides the Qur'an from the Bible as does the question of whether Jesus Christ is only a prophet or God incarnate. The eighty-three verses paraphrased from the Qur'an in this chapter will explain the core of the Islamic position. Christians believe that a true understanding of Jesus is essential for salvation and eternal life.
A summary and comparison with the Biblical gospel of Jesus Christ should begin with the similarities between the two portrayals of Jesus. It is interesting that the Qur'an does confirm Christ’s Apostles’ message that Jesus was the Messiah, a holy child born of the Virgin Mary, did mighty miracles, was followed by noble disciples and brought the Gospel. It even heralds Jesus as the Word and Spirit from Allah. The Qur'an adds an amazing story of how the child Jesus created a live bird from a clay sculpture. This story is not found in the Bible.
